Hi,
Last week I couldn't load any instruments so I decided to check for an updated version of VI Pro. There was an update, I installed it and it made it worse. I can't find the sollution but I only get this error message.
The plug-in could not be made active because a DAE error war encountered (error#-7054)
What should I do?

I could not reproduce the error here on our systems and could not find any information about the DAE error -7054 on the internet either.
But Disc Access Errors like these imply a problem with accessing your HD in one way or the other.
Have you stored your VSL sample content on the same disc than you record your Audio files to?
Is it your system drive?
Have you altered the Preload Size of your VSL sample content in Directory Manager?
Please launch Disk Utility, repair permissions to your system drive and reboot your computer - does that make a difference?
If it does not, does rolling back to a previous version of VI Pro solve the problem?
