Vienna Vouchers

To redeem the Voucher, copy the code from the PDF certificate and paste it into the field “Add Voucher Code” (not the field Promo Code!) which you will find on the second page of your purchase process, labeled “Checkout”.

The holder of the voucher can redeem the certificate at any time; there is no expiry date. Vienna Vouchers can only be redeemed where the voucher was purchased, so if you purchased Vienna Vouchers right here in our webshop, you can only use them here.

Please note that the voucher needs to be used in full in one transaction, so be sure the basket total is higher than the value of the voucher. Several vouchers may be used in one transaction by entering all voucher codes consecutively into the code field. Vienna Vouchers cannot be replaced or exchanged for cash.
