Synchron Drums III is a subset of the Synchron Percussion III Collection and contains field drum, marching snare, piccolo snare, snare drum and boobams. What’s more, this collection also offers the powerful drum ensembles of Big Bang Orchestra Dorado, the driving percussion ensemble riffs of Big Bang Orchestra Eridanus, as well as the unique Drums & Pianos setup of Big Bang Orchestra Fornax (Pitched Percussion Ensembles).

Field drums are snare drums with an especially long corpus and a deeper sound. The sound of marching snares is very crisp and acute because of their high tension. Piccolo Snares have a shallower shell and higher timbre than normal snares. The Aural Nut model is made of beautiful nutwood and sounds surprisingly warm and full. Boobams are narrow tube drums (originally made of bamboo) with a definite pitch, so that a set of them can be used to play tunes. Apart from the individual instruments, the library also includes several ensembles of up to six musicians each.
